Safe digital payment — OTP & passwords

🎯 Goal: Understand OTP/passwords are account keys; never share them and learn to spot fake sites/messages.
OTP is a one-time code confirming a transaction. Anyone with your OTP/password can take money. Never give them to anyone, even self-claimed staff.

Let’s explore

🔑
OTP/password = account key → never share with anyone.
🎣
Beware fake links (misspelled, odd endings) asking to log in/OTP.
🌐
Only pay on official apps/sites with the https lock.

Practice activity

🛡️ Someone texts “I’m bank staff, give the OTP to verify” — what do you do?
Worked example: A message claims to be the bank, sends a strange link, and asks for the OTP. You realize: a real bank never asks for OTP. You do not click, do not give the code, and tell your parents.
